A new Four Points by Sheraton Hotel will begin construction soon next to the Penticton Trade and Convention Centre and the South Okanagan Events Centre. This 6-storey, 105 room hotel, including a 100-seat restaurant, is a long-awaited project for the city and is being developed by Mundi Construction. The hotel is estimated to finish construction by the summer of 2023.
