The pandemic caused a surge in the residential real estate market in Kamloops and the Okanagan, even though it hit the hotel industry hard. Ron Mundi, the CEO of Mundi Construction saw this as an opportunity to venture from hotel developments to residential developments. Our upcoming developments in Kamloops include a 104-unit residential building in Rogers Way and a 37-unit project Downtown. The Rogers Way development is a six-story building in the heart of Aberdeen, with sweeping views of the valley.
